  • Did You Know: cold exposure can help you burn more fat there are a million different types of not a million there are a lot of different types of fat within the body and cold exposure increases the amount of brown fat and brown fat burns more calories than white fat. one-tenth of a pound of brown fat can burn 300 more calories than the same amount of white fat in the body.
  • Fasting does not mean starving yourself.
  • Health Benefits to Fasting: When you eat your food it breaks down like carbohydrates, it breaks down into glucose molecules which are released into your blood and you're able to use it for energy. The excess food that you're not using yet is stored. Our bodies are intelligent they take the glucose that is not actively being used right now and they store it and either get stored as glycogen or it gets stored as fat.
  • Fasting can come in different forms.
  • Commit to what you want to fast for: Determine what food you want to fast from.
  • Know the things that you want to intentionally consume that are going to be good for your social health or things that you want to intentionally fast from.
  • Be upfront with your intentions for yourself and the things that you are working towards.
  • Meditate and be intentional of the frequency that you input to your body.
  • Have your morning: allow yourself some time to wake up to get into the groove before you let all these thoughts stuff come, because they will inevitably come.
  • Manifest and practice positive energy.
  • Practice fasting from negative thoughts.
  • Sometimes inaction or sometimes avoiding something detrimental is even better or more impactful than doing the healthy stuff.
  • Manage what you give: Sometimes no is the answer, don’t go too far giving free stuff especially if you’re running a business.
  • Avoid emotional decisions and emotional purchases. Do you need this will this legitimately bring value to your life to your queen's life or your loved ones and then lastly the most important do you have time and energy to consume this product or content to get the value that it's promising.
  • Invest in yourself.
  • Growth mindset is the opposite of fixed mindset
